Pre-Press & Graphic Design
Production-focused design that keeps installs on schedule.
Brand-True Layouts • Color Management • Production-Ready Files
Proof-to-print accuracy for signs, wraps, and interior kits. We clean vectors, outline type, set bleeds and dielines, map panels and hardware, and manage color targets so what you approved on the proof is exactly what arrives on install day. The result is faster production, fewer change orders, and cleaner installs.

Why Pre-Press Matters
Clean files save time, prevent reprints, and make installs painless.
Send what you have—logo packs, PDFs, screenshots, or sketches—and we’ll turn it into production-ready art. Curves are rebuilt where needed, strokes expanded, and fonts outlined so lettering stays crisp at size. We place bleeds, die lines, panel seams, hardware holes, and raceways where installers expect them, and annotate proofs with material notes so expectations are locked in early. Color profiles are managed across films, acrylics, and coated metals to keep brand tones consistent on every substrate.
Wrap templates get seams, curves, and door gaps mapped before printing; routed parts are made tool-safe with correct joins, offsets, and pocket depths. Interior kits ship with location keys and short install notes that reduce on-site guesswork and keep crews moving.
File Intake → Preflight → Proof → Production
Clear deliverables at each stage—no surprises on install day.
Intake surfaces missing assets and roadblocks. Preflight cleans vectors, outlines type, and adds bleeds, dielines, and panel maps. Proofs arrive scaled with material notes and PMS/CMYK references. After approval, we hand off layered source files and print-ready exports—labeled and archived for easy reorders.
1) Intake & Audit
Collect logos, brand colors, guides, and site photos; flag gaps with fixes.
2) Preflight
Vector cleanup, outlines/strokes, bleeds, panel maps, tool-safe routing geometry.
3) Proof & Handoff
Scaled mockups for approval; then layered sources + press-ready exports.
Specs & Options
The file rules that keep output sharp and predictable.
Preferred formats: AI, PDF, SVG with text outlined and links embedded. Provide images at 150–300 ppi at final size. Standard bleeds: 0.125–0.25″ for print; 0.5–1.0″ on wrap panel edges. We also accept hi-res PSD/TIF/PNG, DXF for routing reference, and brand guides with swatches/material notes. If files aren’t ready, we’ll convert or rebuild them so production doesn’t stall.
